As a service director with several large car dealerships, Jorge implemented four day work weeks, team systems, and double shifts, all the while maintaining Customer Service Ratings above national averages.
He founded J & B Electronics a wholesale electronics distributor, Portalea Enterprises, Inc. ( Gas stations, convenience stores, and Auto repair shops), Portalea Racing – SCCA – IMSA Race Team, (Designed, built, and race car driver). He also served with BSR (Bill Scott Racing) as a racing instructor, counter terrorist instructor, security and motorcade driving instructor for over 28 years. All this while building his Business Brokerage and Real Estate companies, “The Portalea Business Group” in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
